Second Amendment to the United States Constitution

Second Amendment to the United States Constitution

The Second Amendment was based partially on the right to keep and bear arms in English common-law and was influenced by the English Bill of Rights of 1689. Sir William Blackstone described this right as an auxiliary right, supporting the natural rights of self-defence, resistance to oppression, and the civic duty to act in concert in defence of the state.

Meanwhile in 2014, I can see no conceivable use to have the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, it should be amended yet again, to clarify only LAW Enforcement and Military Service Personnel, who are required to use these arms in the carrying out of their duties.

Between the NRA and people like this man who think it’s a God given right to have a gun. Think again people. Yes it takes a human to pull the rigger, but the human is not the weapon. The human is just an Adjuvant for the purpose of utilising the weapon.
