So here’s my rant, why the hell are we celebrating the life of a convicted criminal.
This person spent only 13 months outside prison between the ages of 20 and 38, having been convicted of crimes including armed robbery, firearm offences, assault, arson, impersonating a police officer and kidnapping.
He was an author of crime novels, selling more than 500,000 copies of his works. Now I ask you wouldn’t this be proceeds from crime? Even though he had success in selling tales of his criminal past has prompted widespread calls to amend the Federal Proceeds of Crime Bill (2001)—which confiscates the proceeds of drug deals and robberies—to also apply to indirect proceeds of crime, including book sales, TV appearances, and the like. Which I happen to agree with.
Now I ask you again, why are celebrating this mans criminal life. It’s almost like an episode of “Squizzy”. So Chopper Read has died from Cancer. WooBloodyWho! I don’t condone this man’s life or what he has done. So why make it seem like this thug, is glamorous. He’s anything but glamorous & now the media are hailing this man as hero reformist. Pfft!
There’s no GLAMOUR is being an armed robber, firearm offences (gun man), assault (thug), arson (firebug), impersonating a police officer (criminal actor) and kidnapper. So he’s dead! now let’s move along shall we!
